Membership in the Community Provider Association has been critical to Holy Angels ability to sustain a quality of care for Louisiana’s most vulnerable citizens. The CPA membership established a shared voice of advocates across all areas of the state that included the full continuum of care for individuals with disabilities. Advocacy efforts resulted in the rebasing of rates and the passing of important legislation to protect the reimbursement model. Holy Angels can report that membership in the CPA brought the organization a net return of over $1,000,000.
